Sun Lovers: Big River Silk Skincare Has You Covered

Exposure to Ultraviolet light from the sun (and from tanning bulbs) is unfortunately the most important factor in skin aging, promoting splotchiness of skin color and early wrinkling.

If you love being outside, a couple of tips to avoid premature aging: plan your vacation activities towards the beginning or end of the day, wear a hat, sun-protective clothing and sunglasses.
And if you love outdoors activities, you need an effective sunscreen: “broad spectrum” and rated SPF 35 or higher. Sunscreens are now available as creams, lotions, gels, and sprays, making greasiness less common. For best results, apply that sunscreen at least 30 minutes before going out. Reapply every 90 minutes when out. And it takes 2 ounces for your entire body.
